ARO Partner Portal – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ARO Partner Portal (“Portal”) available at partners.arozone.com and operated by ARO (“ARO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Portal.

1. Purpose of the Portal

The ARO Partner Portal is intended to provide authorized business partners with access to product and marketing resources, including, but not limited to:

  • product literature;
  • brochures and catalogs;
  • technical documentation;
  • installation and operating manuals;
  • product images;
  • brand logos and marketing assets;
  • campaign materials;
  • product launch resources;
  • ordering portal links;
  • support resources; and
  • other partner-related materials.

The Portal is primarily an information and document resource platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not intended to process purchases, payments, or commercial transactions.

2. Eligibility and Account Approval

Access to the Portal is limited to authorized users.

Registration does not automatically grant access to the Portal. All new accounts may be subject to review and approval by ARO or its authorized representatives.

We may approve, reject, suspend, deactivate, or revoke access to an account at our discretion, including where:

  • the user is no longer associated with an authorized business partner;
  • the information provided during registration is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • the account has been inactive for an extended period;
  • the user violates these Terms; or
  • access is no longer considered appropriate for business or security reasons.

3. Access Permissions

Access to Portal content may vary depending on the user's company, region, business relationship, product responsibilities, or other applicable criteria.

Users may be granted access to one or more product or regional resource groups.

Access to one section of the Portal does not automatically provide access to all Portal materials.

ARO may modify access permissions at any time.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not:

  • share your account or password with another person;
  • allow unauthorized persons to access the Portal using your account;
  • attempt to gain access to areas of the Portal for which you have not been authorized; or
  • use another user's login credentials.

You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or other security concern.

5. Use of Portal Materials

Materials available through the Portal are provided for legitimate business purposes related to the promotion, sale, support, servicing, or distribution of ARO and associated products, as applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, authorized users may download and use Portal materials for their normal business activities relating to ARO products.

You may not:

  • sell Portal materials;
  • reproduce or distribute materials for unrelated purposes;
  • modify trademarks, logos, legal notices, safety information, certifications, or technical information without authorization;
  • represent modified materials as officially approved ARO materials;
  • make Portal materials publicly available where they are intended only for authorized partners;
  • use Portal content in a misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized manner; or
  • use automated tools to systematically copy, scrape, download, or extract Portal content without prior permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, documents, graphics, images, technical materials, and other content made available through the Portal remain the property of their respective owners.

Access to the Portal does not transfer any ownership rights to the user.

Any permission to use materials available through the Portal is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time.

ARO®, associated logos, product names, and other trademarks may be used only in accordance with applicable brand guidelines and any additional instructions provided by ARO.

7. Accuracy and Updates

We make reasonable efforts to provide current and accurate materials. However, product information, specifications, documentation, images, and other content may be revised from time to time.

Users are responsible for confirming that they are using the latest applicable version of a document before relying on it for business, technical, installation, maintenance, or other purposes.

Where appropriate, official product documentation, technical specifications, certifications, or instructions provided with the product should take precedence over general marketing materials available through the Portal.

8. Technical and Safety Information

Certain materials available through the Portal may contain technical, installation, operating, maintenance, or safety-related information.

Such materials are intended for appropriately qualified users.

Users are responsible for following all applicable product instructions, safety requirements, laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Nothing in the Portal should be interpreted as replacing official product instructions, engineering review, professional advice, or applicable safety procedures.

9. Third-Party Websites

The Portal may contain links to third-party websites, including ordering systems, support platforms, merchandise stores, or other external resources.

These websites are operated independently and may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, and conditions.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or operation of third-party websites.

10. Availability of the Portal

  • hosting or network problems;
  • cybersecurity incidents; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Portal when reasonably necessary.

11. User Data and Download Activity

The Portal may record information relating to account activity and document downloads, including information such as:

  • user account;
  • email address;
  • date and time of access;
  • documents downloaded;
  • IP address; and
  • basic technical information relating to the user's browser or device.

Such information may be used for Portal administration, security, access management, usage analysis, and improvement of partner resources.

Users may have the option to receive notifications regarding new or updated materials available in the Portal, including brochures, manuals, product literature, marketing resources, or other partner materials.

Users may unsubscribe from optional communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication or by contacting us.

Operational or account-related communications, such as registration approval, password reset, security notifications, or changes affecting Portal access, may still be sent where necessary.

13. Account Inactivity

To help maintain the security and accuracy of Portal access, accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be deactivated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

  • the Portal will always be available;
  • all content will be free from errors;
  • every document will be suitable for every application; or

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARO and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Portal or its content.

Users remain responsible for verifying the suitability and applicability of Portal materials for their intended use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate Portal access where a user:

  • violates these Terms;
  • no longer meets the requirements for partner access;
  • creates a security risk;
